If this sounds like you, **\#JoinReis!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** Prepare reports extracting data from legal cases; Draft low-complexity procedural documents to ensure case progress and facilitate compliance with deadlines; Monitor notary proceedings by verifying documentation related to these offices, ensuring proper document organization; Be responsible for handling repossession lawsuits, including drafting simple petitions, updating case status in internal systems and with banks, contacting notaries to monitor and expedite procedures, as well as performing other related tasks; Monitor and support integrated management systems, identifying non-conformities and assisting in developing preventive and corrective actions to ensure maintenance and improvement of quality management systems. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to join the \#JeitoReisDeSer:** Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Services, or related fields (completed or in progress); Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Skills in digital systems and tools; Knowledge of vehicle repossession processes will be considered a differentiator. **Additional information** Must reside in cities near the office.
