Role Responsibilities: * Maintain a critical eye to identify suspicious behaviors in monetary and non-monetary transactions (e.g., registration changes, digital behaviors, etc.); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); * Experience in Fraud Prevention analysis or related fields; * Knowledge of document examination; * Strong organizational skills to manage area processes; * Solid logical reasoning; * Analytical and investigative mindset; * Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate resilience; * Prior experience in the financial sector (banks, fintechs, etc.) is a plus; knowledge of SQL or programming logic and English is also a plus. Role Qualifications: * Analyze document authenticity through document examination; * Assist in preparing post-fraud investigation dossiers to support continuous improvement; * Support managing operational anti-fraud demands; * Integration disputes; * Report and recommend actions to mitigate identified fraud attempts, process gaps, and fraud rules.
