We offer services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Execute data analysis and processing related to payment orders, ensuring data consistency. Release service orders for billing after verifying inventory and purchase credit. Check product availability in stock and coordinate service orders with relevant departments. Review purchase orders to ensure agreed-upon deadlines and conditions are met. Prepare management reports and support information integration across different departments. Monitor orders throughout the delivery process, tracking status and aligning with involved parties. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Junior Process Analyst, Administrative Assistant, or Junior Human Resources Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
