We offer services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Perform analysis and processing of data related to payment orders, ensuring information consistency. Release service orders for billing, verifying inventory and purchase credit. Check product availability in stock and coordinate service orders with relevant departments. Review purchase orders to ensure agreed-upon deadlines and conditions are met. Prepare management reports and support the integration of information across different departments. Monitor orders throughout the delivery process, tracking status and aligning with involved parties. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Junior Process Analyst, Administrative Assistant, or Junior Human Resources Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
