We know that together we will achieve success, so apply now and become part of this great team. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Topaz:*** * Participate in the project, development, and maintenance of control scenarios for detecting unusual or suspicious transactions. * Create and optimize bulk data processing (ETL) workflows, primarily using SQL/Oracle and Kettle (Pentaho). * Develop and maintain analytical reports using Jasper Reports. * Provide functional and technical support to customers, resolving incidents and performing adjustments to existing processes. * Collaborate with the team to build new functionalities within the AML platform. * Work with APIs and internal services that integrate information across systems. * Perform data analysis, functional testing, and validation of scenario results. * Maintain constant communication with team leads **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What do you need to know to join Topaz?*** * Experience with relational databases (mandatory) — ideally SQL and Oracle. * Academic or professional experience with backend programming languages or ETL processes (Java, Kettle, etc.). * Concepts of object-oriented programming. * Skills in data analysis tools. * Basic knowledge of API consumption. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Analytical skills, proactivity, customer focus, and teamwork. * Preferred: Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate studies in Systems Engineering, Networks, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of or interest in learning about the financial sector and compliance (preferred). * Intermediate English and Spanish (preferred). * Advantage: Valid certifications in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) **Additional Information** **Keep in mind these benefits that will enhance your experience at Topaz!** **Health and Well-being:** Because we care about our teams, we offer various health plans focused on promoting well-being across the organization. **Personal and Professional Development:** We are constantly evolving.
