The challenges are real, run in production, and have direct business impact. **The Challenge:** Work on backend development and integrations within complex, production-grade environments, focusing on stability, continuous evolution, and direct business impact. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend systems in Java (Spring Boot); * Work on REST and SOAP integrations; * Support the maintenance and evolution of production systems; * Contribute to technical decisions alongside the team; * Collaborate with agile, cross-functional squads. **Requirements:** * Experience developing in Java (Spring Boot); * Experience with REST and/or SOAP integrations; * Understanding of software architecture and development best practices; * Experience working in production environments; * Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL); * Familiarity with cloud computing. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with microservices; * Experience in retail or financial services; * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
