This role will be instrumental in creating and structuring technical support processes, assisting employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's hardware and software resources. This person will be responsible for **building, organizing, and maintaining the internal technology environment**, providing support across all company departments. **Main Responsibilities** ? User and access management (ERP, Microsoft 365, etc.) ? Administration and control of IT assets (notebooks, mobile phones, corporate phone lines, printers, etc.) ? Internal technical support and infrastructure management (network, cameras, internet, hardware) ? Conducting internal training sessions and digital onboarding for new employees ? Optimization of Microsoft solutions usage (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Copilot) ? Active participation in managing and potentially implementing ERP systems within the company ? Identifying automation opportunities and AI applications to improve productivity ? Ensuring information security and compliance with LGPD regulations ? Supporting the initial setup of the department by suggesting tools, processes, and continuous improvements ? Managing and organizing equipment and license inventories to ensure full traceability ? Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other equipment **Technical Requirements** ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred ✅ Experience in corporate IT management ✅ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and user administration ✅ Experience in ERP implementation and system support ✅ Knowledge of network infrastructure, security, and technical support ?
