




Job Summary: A professional responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, hiring process monitoring, meeting room organization, and corporate travel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll processing and benefits administration 2. Monitoring of hiring processes and documentation 3. Corporate travel management and meeting room organization * Prepare and verify data for accurate payroll processing (performing and checking calculations for working hours and deductions, vacation pay, contract terminations, and the 13th salary). * Allocate and monitor benefits. * Monitor employee hiring processes, receiving, registering, and archiving related documentation. * Maintain documents pertaining to active and inactive employees. * Manage the reservation, usage, organization, and administration of meeting rooms, including key custody and organization. * Obtain quotations, purchase airline tickets, book hotels, vehicles, and other transportation means directly or through travel agencies, and carry out other arrangements in accordance with established guidelines, schedules, and predefined requirements, while controlling travel reports and expense reports. * Receive invoices (NF) and distribute them to the respective departments.
