Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. **Details** Record, monitor, and adjust employee attendance, ensuring time records are accurate and compliant with internal policies and current legislation. **Responsibilities** Record, monitor, and validate time entries (electronic or biometric), verifying clock-ins, absences, late arrivals, early departures, overtime, and time banks; Perform time adjustments when necessary (medical certificates, justifications, correction of time stamps); Manage work schedules, days off, shifts, and any shift or schedule changes; Maintain and update the time-tracking system with attendance data, integrating it with payroll; Monitor leaves of absence, licenses, justified and unjustified absences, and other situations affecting attendance; Address employee inquiries regarding time tracking, schedules, attendance policies, and other related matters; Ensure time-tracking practices comply with labor legislation and the company’s internal policies. **Work Environment** Dynamic and welcoming.
