Collaboration in onboarding new employees #### **Responsibilities** * Support job postings on recruitment platforms and professional social media networks to reach qualified candidates. * Conduct initial resume and profile screening to identify candidates aligned with technical and behavioral requirements for open positions. * Schedule and coordinate interviews, group dynamics, and administration of technical and psychological assessments, communicating\-with candidates and managers. * Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date by recording the status of each stage in the selection process and ensuring data integrity. * Conduct phone or video screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. * Assist in preparing reports on recruitment pipeline, average time-to-hire, and other HR metrics. * Collaborate in organizing onboarding programs for new employees, preparing materials and documentation. #### **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience (minimum 6 months) in recruitment and selection activities, preferably high-volume recruitment. * Knowledge of resume screening techniques and competency-based interviewing. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Gupy, Kenoby, Workday, or similar platforms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for spreadsheet creation and report analysis. * Basic knowledge of labor laws applicable to hiring and onboarding processes. * Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks. #### **Skills** * Resume Screening * Competency-Based Interviewing * ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) * Advanced Excel * Formal Written Communication * Labor Legislation (basic) * Selection Process Management * HR Metrics * Job Posting Platforms ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Meal Voucher, Dental Plan, Transportation Voucher, Attendance Bonus, Sesc Partnership ### **Department:** Human Resources
