




Job Summary: An HR professional to manage people processes, HR administration, SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), training, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, and internal marketing 2. Operations in HR administration and onboarding processes 3. Focus on data analysis and talent attraction/retention initiatives **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct people management processes: R&S, T&D, and internal marketing. * HR administration: Onboarding processes, timekeeping control. Receiving documentation for updating employee records. Supporting management in scheduling work shifts, vacations, and team realignments. * Conduct termination homologations. * SESMT: Uniform and PPE requests and DSS implementation. Managing CIPA meetings. Providing employee support and clarifying inquiries. * Maintain HR controls. Analyze HR KPIs and propose improvement actions. Propose, plan, and execute talent attraction and retention initiatives. * Deliver training to company employees according to the competency matrix defined by Central HR. * Provide excellent service to internal and external clients, delivering accurate information.
