




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in drafting corporate contracts; Handle corporate changes, registrations, and document verification for company establishment, modification, and dissolution; Draft administrative appeals; Draft official letters to relevant authorities and conduct external investigations; Complete and verify documents, forms, and registration data; Monitor case progress; Convert corporate legal structures; Issue operating licenses; Register commercial entities with all commercial boards; Issue DBE (Electronic Business Document); Update municipal and state registrations; Process company establishment, dissolution, and legalization (MEI, sole proprietorship, simple partnership, corporation, limited liability company); Draft shareholder agreements and other relevant corporate documents, including amendments, termination agreements, and minutes; Web registration; Manage digital certificates and issue electronic powers of attorney; Query the E-CAC portal and issue federal, state, and municipal certificates. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in Law, Accounting, or Technical Accounting programs. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 30 hours per week. **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance.
