Work integrally with the business, translating data and trends into strategies that expand institutional presence, strengthen the brand, and drive demand for Loccus products and solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan, integrating market intelligence, competitive positioning, and corporate objectives. * Lead market, competitor, and trend analyses to guide decisions on portfolio, channels, pricing, and emerging opportunities. * Design and monitor performance dashboards (KPIs) to measure the impact, ROI, and efficiency of marketing and communication activities. * Plan and supervise institutional and promotional campaigns in online and offline environments, aligned with brand strategy and commercial goals. * Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints, supporting reputation, credibility, and competitive differentiation. * Drive integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid media, automation, inbound, CRM, analytics) aimed at generating and qualifying demand. * Promote integration with Sales, R&D, and Product teams, ensuring alignment between market intelligence, product launches, and territorial expansion. * Manage agencies, suppliers, and strategic partners, ensuring operational efficiency, creative quality, and adherence to institutional positioning. * Lead the conception and execution of corporate, technical, and market events, projecting the brand and products consistently with business strategy. * Develop the marketing team with a focus on high performance, analytical thinking, and results-oriented mindset. * Foster branding initiatives and relationships with stakeholders, customers, and influencers, reinforcing the company’s positioning within the industry ecosystem. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields; Strategic business vision, integrating marketing and competitive intelligence to generate demand and positioning.
