**Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a professional who works autonomously and with an owner’s mindset: someone who identifies problems, acts swiftly, and delivers consistently. This position involves maintaining and evolving our internal ERP system, requiring technical maturity, proactive communication, and genuine commitment to deadlines and business impact. What they will do: * Maintain and enhance modules of the internal ERP system, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality * Develop full-stack solutions (Java/PL/SQL backend and frontend) autonomously and predictably * Participate in larger-scope projects, respecting interdependencies and impact on other teams * Optimize Oracle queries and database structures for improved performance * Integrate and consume REST APIs, ensuring robustness and traceability * Actively use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation Expected behavioral profile: * Acts swiftly on known issues — does not wait for others to notice a blocker * Seeks help before wasting time: understands that quick clarification is more efficient than prolonged solo effort * Recognizes that delays in one delivery can impact an entire project — acts with systemic responsibility * Progresses consistently over tenure: masters previously learned material and advances independently * Takes initiative: proposes improvements, anticipates risks, and does not wait to be asked **Why this matters:** Here, maintenance means real accountability for critical business processes. We need someone who understands that "delivering tomorrow" may directly impact operations across dozens of companies — and who acts accordingly. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory * Java — backend development, object-oriented programming, best practices * PL/SQL — procedures, functions, triggers, and data manipulation * Oracle Database — modeling, querying, and basic administration * Frontend development — interface construction and backend integration * Backend development — service architecture, business logic, security * Preferred qualifications * Oracle query optimization and database tuning * REST API integration and consumption * Active use of AI tools in the development workflow (Copilot, Claude, etc.) * Desirable * Delphi — basic knowledge or prior experience
