Job Summary: The FP&A Specialist will manage the OPEX budget, prepare managerial reports, monitor KPIs, and identify improvements to ensure efficiency and decision support. Key Highlights: 1. Work Location: Santos – SP \| 100% on-site The professional will be responsible for managing the OPEX budget, including planning, controlling, and analyzing operational expenses. They will prepare managerial reports, monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and identify improvement opportunities—ensuring data accuracy and goal achievement. They will also collaborate with internal departments, support decision-making, and ensure process and business outcome efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Accurately develop financial forecasts and estimates using historical data and future scenarios to support budgetary guidelines; * Plan and establish clear, measurable goals for the OPEX budget, structuring a detailed plan covering all operational expenses and their respective allocations; * Develop and present periodic reports on OPEX performance and budgetary analysis, highlighting variances and relevant trends to support decision-making; * Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), in compliance with internal policies and regulations, ensuring proper OPEX management and continuous documentation updates; * Evaluate performance against the budget and operational expenses, identifying optimization opportunities and proposing adjustments to planning when necessary; * Collaborate with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Accounting to ensure alignment and consistency of information and results; * Validate monthly collection of indicators linked to the Variable Compensation (VC) program; * Ensure, on an ongoing basis, the reliability of data presented in performance monitoring dashboards; * Monitor the evolution of performance indicators (KPIs), implementing necessary interventions to achieve targets; * Deliver high-quality results within established deadlines, contributing to business sustainability; * Support team development by encouraging continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance environment; * Promote and embody organizational culture, ensuring alignment with Mission, Vision, and Values, and contributing to an environment of excellence; * Perform other duties related to the area as directed by leadership, ensuring fulfillment of responsibilities and achievement of organizational strategic objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Civil Engineering; **Preferred:** Specialization, postgraduate degree, or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management; **Differentiators:** Certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) will be considered advantageous; **Experience:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning, controller functions, or related areas; **Notes:** Experience in financial analysis and oversight of budget cycles, with emphasis on data interpretation and generation of insights to support decision-making; Cross-functional collaboration (Legal, Finance, Accounting) to ensure integration and consistency of information; Experience and knowledge in the financial segment of real estate developers will be considered advantageous. **WHO WE ARE** For 50 years, we have pursued excellence and remained committed to consistently achieving results.
