Orchestrate CI/CD pipelines and lead cross-functional teams This role is responsible for leading complex cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and defining architecture, security, and data strategy in enterprise environments. The candidate will design distributed architectures, integrations, and observability solutions to ensure high availability and performance. They will also orchestrate CI/CD pipelines and drive standardization of integrations via APIs, events, and messaging. Additionally, the role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and executing migration waves with governance. The candidate will interface with stakeholders and vendors to support strategic decisions and technological evolution of the environment. **Responsibilities** – Lead cloud migration strategy (rehost, replatform, refactor) per component – Define and design target architecture (C4 – levels L0 to L3\) – Establish standards for distributed architecture (high availability, caching, messaging, and integrations) – Define and implement cloud network and security architecture (VPC/VNet, VPN, WAF, IAM, secret management) – Orchestrate CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins) – Define and execute data strategy (migration, quality, reconciliation, and compliance/LGPD) – Map, standardize, and implement integrations (APIs, events, and messaging such as Kafka/Event Hubs) – Implement end-to-end observability (logs, metrics, traces, SLI/SLO, and performance) – Work with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) – Work with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes – AKS, EKS, GKE) – Support and define event-driven and data streaming-based solutions – Ensure support for Linux and Windows operating systems in cloud environments – Conduct pilots and migration waves, including risk management and rollback plans – Technically coordinate cross-functional teams (squads) – Interact technically with vendors and stakeholders to support architectural and technological evolution decisions **Requirements** –– Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, or GCP) – Knowledge of distributed architecture (high availability, caching, messaging, APIs, and integrations) – Experience with cloud networking and security (VNet/VPC, peering, VPN, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, WAF, IAM, Key Vault/Secrets Manager) – Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) – Production experience with CI/CD – Knowledge of observability practices (capacity and performance) – Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems – Experience with retail store integrations – Dynamic and adaptable profile **Preferred Qualifications** – Experience with TrueVUE (Sensormatic/Johnson Controls) or RFID/inventory solutions for retail – Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes orchestration (AKS, EKS, GKE) – Experience with event-driven architecture – Experience with data streaming (Kafka, Event Hubs, Kinesis, Databricks) – Knowledge of Change Management practices – Experience managing third parties and vendors. **Additional Information:** Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Alphaville Location: Alphaville Working Hours: Business hours.
