We operate as an SSC\-Shared Services Center, supporting several Communications Agencies across diverse sectors related to Advertising and Marketing. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Duties:** * **Invoice Issuance:** * Prepare and issue service invoices using the ERP system. * **Accounts Receivable:** * Perform daily monitoring of customer payments. * Manage and track the customer portfolio to ensure timely collections. * **Financial Management:** * Proficiency in operating financial software (ERPs) for recording and tracking transactions. * Maintain organization and archiving of financial documents. * **Data Analysis and Reporting:** * Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for financial control, utilizing formulas and functions for data analysis. * Generate financial reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting (in progress or completed) preferred; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Practical experience in the field; **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week onsite at the Itaim Bibi/SP office; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance on home-office days; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Total Pass; * Birthday day off. **Biosphera** is an **integrated business solutions ecosystem**, born to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation through the intelligent combination of **data, creativity, technology, and strategy**.
