




The **Administrative Assistant** will be responsible for ensuring the organization and control of the company's financial and administrative routines, with a focus on data accuracy and the quality of information provided to consultants and the intelligence department. **On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities include:** * Maintaining, updating, and monitoring financial and administrative control spreadsheets, ensuring record accuracy; * Performing data entries and bank reconciliations, identifying and correcting any inconsistencies; * Managing accounts payable and receivable, contributing to cash flow management; * Contacting clients to request documents, financial information, and other demands related to consulting activities; * Supporting other company departments, maintaining clear and consistent communication with consultants and the intelligence team; * Organizing information and administrative reports that assist in decision-making; * Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes by suggesting adjustments and operational best practices. **Profile:** We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and organized individual with strong interpersonal communication skills and interest in learning about the financial sector and agribusiness.
