If you are communicative, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to translate data into actionable insights, then this challenge is exactly for you! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Validation of fiscal documents at Sefaz; * Validation and receipt of materials related to PI, NPI, Fixed Assets, and imports (XML files, Purchase Orders, DT/Incident reports, billing data); * Vehicle weighing and use/progress tracking of unloading forms in Filah; * Verification of Migo and release of delivery receipts; * Control of rejected fiscal invoices and manifests at Sefaz; * Handling possible irregularities within the GR/IR process on the IST Portal; * Accounting of fiscal documents related to exceptional CFOP codes; * Management and release of fiscal documents associated with other outbound flows; * Control and archiving of fiscal documents at Iron Mountain; * Support interface areas: Procurement, Ultralogistik, Planning, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Costing, International Trade, Third Parties, Tax, P2P, Capgemini, and others; * Ensure your area operates safely, in accordance with Company standards and local legislation; * Know and apply factory policies on quality, health, safety, and environment, and ensure requirements are maintained within your area; * Keep your workplace clean and organized; * Perform tasks in accordance with procedures and instructions for your work area, and comply with organizational policies, objectives, targets, and performance standards; * Use the PPE recommended for each area where you work, and collaborate in its specification and testing; * Participate in emergency response plan simulations; * Carry out your duties in line with the safety, health, environmental, and quality standards outlined in Company policies. * Apply the 5S methodology in your area. **DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?** **Experience & Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with fiscal invoice receipt processes and transportation knowledge is desirable. **Skills** * Communicative individual; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams **Leadership** * You feel energized by delivering outstanding results.
