Identify and evaluate business area processes and propose changes that may improve the efficiency and quality of services delivered. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** **** The Crew Member will join the **MCC** team at our headquarters **AZV**, located in **Barueri \- SP.** * Suggest new processes, demonstrating potential improvements and automations with data; * Collaborate with IT and other business areas to ensure proper integration among systems; * Stay updated on technology trends and innovations; * Create KPIs for activities and products across different business area teams; * Document administrative and technical processes; * Develop solutions compliant with Azul’s policies and available systems, seeking technological feasibility whenever necessary; * Prepare the business area to execute internal procedures and processes efficiently; * Possess knowledge of interpreting and using technical manuals; * Establish effective relationships across various company departments, negotiating, requesting, and providing relevant information to related areas; * Maintain focus on long-term objectives; * Map existing processes to identify improvement opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Must Bring in Your Suitcase (Prerequisites):** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Ability to work in teams, collaborate across departments, and seek creative and innovative solutions; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with capacity to present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely; * Analytical thinking and creativity in problem-solving, consistently pursuing new approaches and innovative solutions; * English – intermediate level; * Database experience: administration, scripting, and queries (SQL); * Power BI experience; * Advanced Excel: database connections, pivot tables, and VBA/Macros; * Python. **Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** * Knowledge of the Trax System and its database; * Knowledge of HTML/CSS; * Education or experience in aircraft maintenance. **Interested in Our Challenge?
