Cost Specialist \- Lead the cost and controller areas technically, serving as an internal reference. • Execute and supervise industrial cost closing, ensuring information accuracy. • Analyze cost variances (raw materials, direct labor, manufacturing overhead, GGF), identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. • Design and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
* Support executive management with strategic analyses and data-driven recommendations. • Participate in financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking). • Develop and enhance costing, profitability, and economic feasibility models. • Map, review, and implement improvements to processes and internal controls.
* Collaborate closely with industrial departments to ensure operational understanding. • Conduct investment analyses and assess financial risks. • Support internal and external audits, ensuring accounting and tax compliance. • Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations.
* Act practically and operationally when required. • Influence and guide departments, even without formal team management responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Strong expertise in industrial costing (absorption, standard, average costing).
* Experience with accounting closing and inventory reconciliations. • Solid knowledge of controller and finance functions: • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. • Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience. • Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency.
