Espec Digital Channels II Country: Brazil **Here, your role will be to act as a Digital Analytics Specialist II within our Security \& Open Finance Squad in Growth PJ, where you will:** .Understand group challenges and conduct analytical studies, providing insights to elevate product sales performance across digital channels; .Perform in-depth studies and generate insights using data beyond the funnel, including off-funnel data (customer databases, production data, etc.), understanding customer behavior, segmentation, and clustering; .Explore data, environments, and new sources. Conduct data exploration, collection, and cleaning to ensure the squad consumes accurate and reliable data from the best available sources within the bank; .Be responsible for the availability of squad/tribe data. Ensure that squad/tribe data (production, funnel, and others) is accessible for analysis and decision-making. .Work on structuring and standardizing the squad/tribe's information environment. Build tables and databases with well-defined, reliable, and reusable concepts across tribes; .Update and automate squad/tribe data. Ensure periodic, automated updates of databases; .Prepare data for squad/tribe consumption. Provide data in the optimal format for use (tables, dashboards, cubes, etc.), ensuring quick access and efficient data analysis for the squad/tribe; .Share accumulated knowledge about data and information environments with new team members; .Ensure the squad has the necessary knowledge and access rights for data-related requirements. You'll fit well with us if you have: .Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. .Ability to generate business insights through conducted studies. .Knowledge in SQL/Oracle, Databricks, BigQuery, Power BI, PySpark, Google Analytics, and Looker. Differentiators: .Experience working with E\-commerce and digital channels. .Knowledge of Legal Entities (Corporate clients). .Proficiency in English and/or Spanish. .Familiarity with agile methodologies.
