We are Witty Your Mission You will lead the evolution of critical systems supporting ALTAVE’s solutions in computer vision, AI, and alert management. Your mission includes: * Feature Development: End-to-end coding of new features, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code. * Code Review: Actively participate in code reviews—sharing knowledge, upholding quality standards, and learning from the team. * Architecture and Design: Collaborate in technical discussions to define system structures and select optimal tools for each challenge. * Testing and Quality: Write unit and integration tests, ensuring production deployments are robust and reliable. * Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve technical debt, refactor legacy code, and propose improvements to processes and technologies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. * 5+ years of experience in software development and system architecture. * Proficiency in programming languages (Python preferred). * Advanced knowledge of networks and communication protocols. * Hands-on experience with automated testing and TDD (Test-Driven Development). * Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS and/or GCP). * Intermediate English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications * Databases: relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Redis, MongoDB). * Messaging with RabbitMQ. * Monitoring and observability (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana). * Linux operating systems (Debian/Ubuntu). * Automation with GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform. * Orchestration with Kubernetes.
