For more information, visit Worley.com We are looking for a **Senior Structural Engineer:** **Requirements:** * Generally, as part of responsibilities, possess knowledge of preparing technical documentation by applying fundamental engineering theories, techniques, and practices. Familiar with standards, regulations, building codes, manufacturing specifications, and standard project practices relevant to control and development; * Experience in Civil Engineering within the conventional energy sector, including multidisciplinary projects, reinforced concrete structural design, steel structural design, structural analysis, quantity take-offs, and review/evaluation of designs; * Preliminary and/or detailed design of reinforced concrete structures and verification of steel structures, quantity take-offs, preparation of sketches, compilation of calculation memoranda, preparation of quantity schedules, and support during development of formwork, reinforcement, anchor bolt, insert, single-line, and 3D model drawings; * English (spoken, written, and comprehension); * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to navigate intranet pages, conduct research, and synthesize information. Organize information from multiple sources according to prescribed formats and policies; * Knowledge of structural design/verification software such as SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, TQS, Robot, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Gather data from multiple sources and prepare engineering studies, analyses, calculations, etc. Formulate recommendations and prepare final documentation. Identify technical issues, contribute to developing alternative solutions, assess pros/cons of various options, and make recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. * Prepare final documentation incorporating all relevant information and seek client approval. May review similar documentation to assist others and review/authorize work performed by the team; * Evaluate technical documentation of projects, review documents, and consolidate comments; * Develop project criteria, technical specifications and/or service specifications, descriptive memoranda for reinforced concrete structures, and provide support to the discipline supervisor.
