Join our team! **#YouAtRandoncorp #WeAreRandoncorp #SuspensysMogiGuaçu** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead industrial automation project development, researching and documenting information while adhering to customer technical specifications, economic feasibility, safety, quality, productivity, environmental, and legal requirements—oriented toward results; * Technically assess the applicability of machines, equipment, supplies, and raw materials, monitoring their performance and analyzing their suitability for production processes to ensure compliance with quality, productivity, safety, and environmental requirements; * Develop programming logic and automated system designs in accordance with project specifications, using specialized software and performing commissioning to guarantee correct operation from equipment assembly, maintenance, and installation; * Provide technical guidance to internal work teams and interfacing departments, responding to information requests, delivering training, proposing process adjustments, analyzing technical aspects of projects and processes as well as current legislation, preparing technical reports and/or declarations, and applying relevant tools and documentation to clarify and resolve technical queries. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering or other engineering disciplines related to this role’s scope; * Coursework or knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers); * Experience in project management; * Experience programming Siemens PLCs and controllers (S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal, etc.); * Experience with industrial networks (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, ETHERNET/IP, OPC/OPC-UA) and device integrations; * Knowledge of SCADA supervisory system development, database integration, and SQL; * CREA registration. **Desirable:** * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 1: 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
