Regardless, all internal processes and activities remain fully remote, including the selection process, which occurs entirely online. **About the Position** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Development in implementation or support projects for **Dynamics AX/365** Operations (X\+\+); * Knowledge of **SQL and relational databases (SQL Server);** * Familiarity with at least one agile methodology (XP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.); * Advanced knowledge of **Azure.** **The following requirements are not mandatory but would be great to see in you:** * Experience in business process analysis and consulting across (at least some) business areas (accounting, taxation, cost management, sales, procurement, billing, receivables, material handling, production, quality, etc.); * **Advanced/Fluent English is a plus;** * Code versioning (Git, GitHub, or TFS); * Web service and web development using C\#; * Knowledge of automated testing (unit tests, integration tests, regression tests, etc.) and, naturally, TDD or DBB; * Ability to solve complex problems with simple and elegant solutions; **Education** A bachelor’s degree is NOT required. Your knowledge, experience, and drive matter more. **Employment Model:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) or Cooperative Member – 100% remote Cooperative Member: The cooperative model functions similarly to PJ but with less bureaucracy: professionals do not need to register a CNPJ, issue invoices, or hire an accountant. In this model, the individual becomes a cooperative member, providing services autonomously without an employment relationship. The cooperative offers administrative support and benefits such as INSS contributions, tax guidance, life insurance, and a benefits club. Deductions from gross remuneration include INSS and a monthly administrative fee of 3.5% of gross remuneration.
