





### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Reception and access control:** * Receive residents, visitors, employees, suppliers, and service providers, controlling the entry and exit of materials and people within the company/condominium premises; * Announce the arrival of visitors and service providers and grant them access upon authorization from the person being visited; * Register visitor and service provider information in manual or system-based logs for entry; * Manage special clearances (such as court officers, real estate agents, ambulances) according to established procedures; * Provide telephone customer service; * Record employee entry times according to the work post, verifying and reporting attendance to the Operations Desk; * Carry out predefined activities and actions as per procedures, based on specific client requests and needs. **Patrols:** * Conduct visible and periodic patrols throughout all common areas of the work site; * Monitor and supervise the movement of people and vehicles; * Provide in-person customer service by supplying information and guiding circulation within the client's facilities. **Incident Logbook:** * Accurately complete and sign the incident logbook at the end of each shift; * Review and sign the incident logbook at the beginning of each shift, acknowledging events reported by the previous shift's staff; * Coordinate information and incidents occurring at the post with the area leader or supervisor. **Internal Regulations:** * Have thorough knowledge of the Internal Regulations / Condominium Bylaws to ensure correct decision-making regarding doorman duties. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed Elementary Education. * Minimum experience in Front Desk and/or Security fields. ### **BENEFITS** * Food allowance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT
