Job Summary: A professional to customize, automate, and support HR systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Work with Senior Sistemas and the Senior RH product 2. Focus on customization and automation of HCM modules 3. Ensure compliance with LGPD, eSocial, and labor legislation **Employment Type:** Remote work. **Contract Type:** PJ (Legal Entity) or CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws). **Requirements:** Proficiency in the Senior Sistemas programming language and the Senior RH product; Understanding of software development life cycles; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; Experience in the agribusiness sector will be considered a plus; Additional certifications such as SQL Server database, SQL Server Reporting Services, REST APIs, C\# and .NET Core will be considered advantageous. **Responsibilities:** Customize and configure modules of the Senior HCM system; Automate repetitive processes and validate data prior to payroll closing and information uploads; Provide technical support to system users, resolving queries and operational issues; Ensure compliance with LGPD, eSocial, and other labor legislation; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the system and HR processes; Train users and internal teams for efficient system utilization.
