We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with solid expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable Java applications integrated with AWS cloud services. We seek someone passionate about technology, skilled at solving complex problems, and experienced in cloud environments. * Develop, test, and maintain Java back-end applications, ensuring high performance and scalability; * Design and implement AWS-based solutions using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, among others; * Integrate Java applications with cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and security; * Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes using CI/CD and other tools; * Ensure code quality through practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and application of design patterns; * Monitor, optimize, and maintain AWS services and resources to ensure high availability and cost-effectiveness; * Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions; * Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception to production. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in Java development with Glue, Step Functions, Athena, Python Lambdas, and Spark; * Proficiency in AWS, with hands-on experience in services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SSM, among others; * Knowledge of microservices architecture and service-oriented architecture (SOA) practices; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB); * Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline; * Knowledge of containers and orchestration, such as Docker, EKS, and Kubernetes; * Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation; * Ability to efficiently and collaboratively solve complex problems; * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Nice-to-Haves:** * AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Knowledge of cloud security and best practices for data protection; * Experience developing RESTful APIs; * Contributions to open-source projects or participation in technical communities. **Behavioral Profile:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adversarial and innovative** situations.
