Build scalable solutions based on cloud architecture. Implement integrations with relational and non-relational databases, such as SQL Server and MongoDB. Participate in defining software architecture and development best practices. Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams. Work in agile environments, participating in Scrum ceremonies and planning rituals. Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. Perform troubleshooting, bug fixes, and continuous application improvements. **Mandatory Requirements** Experience as a Senior Backend Developer. Minimum 3 years of experience developing with Python using FastAPI. Solid knowledge of MongoDB and SQL Server. Experience with cloud architecture and distributed applications. Experience with Azure DevOps for version control, pipelines, and delivery management. Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and organizational ability. **Desirable Requirements** Full Stack experience (frontend experience is considered a plus). Knowledge of containers (Docker) and CI/CD practices. Experience with microservices and REST API integrations. Knowledge of application security and secure development best practices.
