Job Summary: We are seeking a developer to define and monitor best practices, program, test, and propose technological improvements in systems, as well as assist in developing new talent. Company recognized for its high-quality work environment and growth **What We Are Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Define best development practices; Program, code, and test systems in the relevant language, transitioning between Front\-End and Back\-End development projects; Implement complex functionalities; Propose technological improvements in systems; Monitor adherence to best system development practices; Validate the existing test coverage in projects; Validate new application features; Monitor application system performance; Propose technological improvements in systems; Anticipate opportunities and issues proactively, act swiftly and effectively, and develop preventive solutions; Assist junior developers and contribute to project decision-making; Maintain systems by implementing necessary modifications to meet user requirements; Develop assembly, debugging, and testing tasks for programs, performing maintenance on already-developed programs. **Requirements:** MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS FOR JAVA: * Strong algorithm design skills (preferably using streams, map, reduce) J2EE * Familiarity with dependency injection methods using EJB 3\.x * Basic knowledge of RMI for JNDI lookup Database * Proficiency in writing native SQL and/or JPQL/HQL (preferably native) * Knowledge of DB2 and/or SQL Server specific features Reporting * Report generation using iReport via JRBeanCollectionDataSource or native SQL * Report generation using Apache POI * Report generation using Open CSV CD/CI * Familiarity with Jenkins, Sonar, and GIT (GitLab) Build * Basic knowledge of building projects with Maven DESIRABLE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE (ADDITIONAL ASSETS): * Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular, ActionScript * Familiarity with Adobe Flex **Additional Assets:** **Location of the Position:** **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring forward new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, from anywhere in the world.
