Be part of a global technology and innovation ecosystem FCamara is seeking a Mid/Senior Backend .NET Developer to partner with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specializing in investment capital, venture capital, as well as global wealth and asset management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide Level 2 support, including root cause analysis and resolution; * Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve system and service failures; * Monitor system performance; * Conduct reconciliations through direct communication with business areas; * Collaborate with the Development team; * Work with microservices-oriented architecture and DevOps model; * Perform root cause analysis and develop new features using C\# and SQL; * Support clients during validation of new features and their subsequent deployment into production; * Understand customer business workflows and propose solutions; * Participate in agile software development practices; * Maintain close collaboration with business units and other IT teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * .NET Core and C\#; * Experience with React and Angular; * Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or similar databases; * Knowledge of messaging technologies (SNS, SQS, RabbitMQ); * Experience with observability and system monitoring (Datadog, Dynatrace or similar); * Knowledge of unit testing; * Gathering functional and non-functional requirements; * Experience integrating systems; * Experience with AWS services (S3, RDS, Athena, etc.); * Familiarity with Redis. **Soft Skills:** * Completed degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields; * Ability to organize multiple tasks and simultaneous requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support; * Logical reasoning and analytical ability; * Willingness to learn new technologies; * Financial market knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
