Technical reference within the team and quality assurance **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are experiencing growth and seeking a Backend Developer with mid-level (evolving) or senior experience who wants to go beyond implementation and directly contribute to building the company’s technological foundation. This role is not merely about writing code—it entails architectural thinking, making technical decisions, establishing standards, and preparing the platform for scale. You will have genuine influence over the product, architecture, and the team’s development practices. We seek a professional for a strategic position responsible for ensuring the development, evolution, and maintenance of the platform’s backend architecture, with emphasis on scalability, performance, and security. This professional will serve as the technical reference within the team, contributing to defining best practices, code organization, and infrastructure preparation for the company’s accelerated growth. The professional will engage in developing and maintaining backend infrastructure using Laravel (version 8 or higher), managing PostgreSQL databases, creating and optimizing complex SQL queries, and administering cloud services—particularly in DigitalOcean and AWS environments. Additionally, they will implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and design robust system integrations.
