We're waiting for you. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop software on IVR platforms using .Net C\#, XML, JSON, SQL for voice call support systems and text bots; * Handle new development requests or IVR/BOT requirements and provide application support; * Fully develop self-service applications using necessary technologies while absorbing new methodologies and knowledge for future solutions; * Analyze and propose constant optimizations to existing systems, improving their quality, stability and efficiency, ensuring the best outcome for our clients. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience developing applications using .NET C\#, XML, JSON and SQL (over 2 years); * Knowledge of Webservices integrations using SOAP, REST, Restful and WebSocket protocols; * Familiarity with applications running in Docker and Kubernetes environments; * Knowledge of Jenkins tools; * Knowledge of messaging systems; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
