**Senior Fullstack Developer** **Position Objective** Hire a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong technical excellence and maturity to work on critical web solutions, ensuring end-to-end high quality, performance, and security, as well as providing technical support to the team and influencing architectural decisions. **Minimum Technical Scope (Mandatory)** **Back\-end (.NET)** * Advanced proficiency in **.NET / C\#** (RESTful WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, Workers). * Consistent application of **SOLID**, **DDD**, and **Design Patterns**. * Solid experience with **unit and integration tests**, and code quality practices. **Front\-end** * Hands-on experience with **ReactJS/Angular** in web applications. **Data and Caching** * Usage and modeling in relational databases: **SQL Server, PostgreSQL** * Practical experience with NoSQL databases: **MongoDB**, **Redis**. **Integration and Messaging** * Experience with event-driven architecture: **Kafka**, **Azure Event Hub**, **RabbitMQ or similar**. **DevOps and Continuous Delivery** * Routine use of **Git**. * Implementation and maintenance of **CI/CD pipelines**. * Experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes** (deployment, troubleshooting, and best practices). **Quality, Security, and Performance** * Development of **secure applications** * Real-world experience with **high performance** **Responsibilities (What We Expect Day-to-Day)** * **Propose and lead technical solutions** with architectural vision and impact. * **Remove technical impediments**, increasing team productivity. * **Monitor and ensure quality**: performance, testing, documentation, observability, governance, and Sonar/quality gates. * Support the team through **mentorship**, code reviews, and dissemination of best practices. * Participate in technical and business meetings with internal/external clients, translating requirements into viable solutions. * Produce and maintain **architectural artifacts**: diagrams, high-level solution designs, models, API contracts, and workflows. **Profile That Defines a "High-Quality Senior"** * Strong **diagnostic capability**, and data-driven decision-making (metrics, logs, traces). * Excellent **communication** skills and ability to align engineering with product/business. * **Ownership mindset**: delivery with predictability, quality, and operational care. * Ability to work effectively in distributed systems and complex scenarios, with pragmatism and long-term vision. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
