During the first three months, all new hires work 100% on-site. After this period, employees become eligible for the hybrid model, subject to evaluation by their direct manager. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement features requested by the team, following coding standards and best practices. * Fix bugs, improve existing code, and optimize system performance. * Provide daily progress updates, including blockers and daily plans. * Clarify requirements, prioritize tasks, and align deliveries with the backlog. * Review peers’ code and apply received feedback to improve quality. * Write unit and integration tests to ensure deliverables are robust and meet acceptance criteria. * Document code and processes, keeping repositories up to date with READMEs, comments, and wiki pages to facilitate maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Professional experience in Back-End development (.Net) * Familiarity with development and maintenance of RESTful APIs and system integrations. * Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases. * Familiarity with version control systems. * Understanding of software development best practices, such as code organization, error handling, and performance optimization. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** ---------------------- We are a leading company in the Brazilian insurance market.
