We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to work in a modern development model where the ability to understand business problems, write high-quality specifications, and critically use AI is as important as writing code. We seek an analytical profile capable of transforming business requirements into well-structured solutions, specifying rules, designing APIs, reviewing code, guiding AI tools, and ensuring technical quality in deliverables. We develop software for the insurance market, working on projects involving business rules, integrations, legacy systems, automation, and continuous product evolution. We operate in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and are currently experiencing growth and technological maturation.
