We are looking for an experienced **DBA** to manage, optimize, and maintain critical database systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of database environments, as well as supporting the development team with best practices and advanced analysis. **Responsibilities and duties** * Administer, monitor, and optimize **SQL Server** and **PostgreSQL** databases. * Perform backup, restore, query tuning, and performance optimization routines. * Implement high availability strategies, replication, and disaster recovery. * Conduct data structure analysis, modeling, and maintenance. * Monitor metrics and propose continuous improvements in performance and efficiency. * Create and maintain technical documentation of environments and procedures. * Collaborate with development teams, including query and **.NET/C\#** routine analysis and optimization. * Handle incidents, diagnostics, and database troubleshooting with analytical thinking and a focus on rapid resolution. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience as a **SQL Server DBA**. * Experience administering **PostgreSQL**. * Advanced knowledge of **.NET C\#**, with the ability to interpret code and support the development team when necessary. * Hands-on experience with query tuning, indexes, execution plans, and performance diagnostics. * Experience with **backup**, **restore**, replication, and availability strategies. * Knowledge of security, permissions, auditing, and data protection best practices. **Differentiators:** * Experience with **Oracle**. * Experience with **MongoDB**. * Database-related certifications. * Experience in highly critical, financial, or regulated environments. **Additional information** **Here we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
