Job Summary: We are looking for a Mid or Senior Oracle DBA to manage and administer databases, supporting the environment and aligning with Oracle standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on ensuring Oracle standards and best practices. ### **About the opportunity** We are seeking a Mid or Senior Oracle DBA with a strong focus on database management and administration, to actively support the environment, assist in critical scenarios, and evaluate whether current database management adheres to Oracle standards and best practices. This opportunity starts as a short-term engagement, with real potential for continuation based on performance. ### **Responsibilities** * Management and administration of **Oracle Database** environments * Evaluate and ensure that **indexes are correctly applied**, especially in crisis or performance degradation scenarios * Execute, monitor, and validate **backup and recovery routines** * Support in **sizing**, capacity planning, and environment growth * Active participation in **troubleshooting**, incidents, and critical issues * Ongoing technical support for environment stabilization and improvement * **Direct contact with Oracle professionals** for technical alignment and best practices * Evaluation of current database management to ensure adherence to **recommended standards** ### **Mandatory Requirements** * At least 3 years of proven experience as an **Oracle DBA**; * Strong knowledge of **Oracle Database administration and management**; * Experience in critical and high-availability environments; * Ability to work **autonomously**, including in crisis scenarios; * **Hands\-on** profile, with a sense of urgency and technical accountability; ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **SQL**; * Experience in reviewing Oracle architecture and best practices; * Experience in large-scale or high-volume data environments; **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
