Our mission is to ensure that the Bradesco Group receives managerial information, results, analyses, and forecasts governed by robust governance frameworks, and to serve as a reference for financial analyses, studies, and forecasts—enhancing the quality and accuracy of organizational decision-making. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist Specialist, you will work within the Finance Analytics Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting financial performance studies involving business units, products, channels, and customers, delivering diagnostic analyses and recommendations to support the Bank’s strategic decisions; * Analyzing profitability and results of products and customers across different profiles and segments, including scenario projections, variance investigations, and opportunity identification; * Applying descriptive and predictive statistical techniques to support financial performance analyses, ensuring scientific rigor in studies; * Utilizing supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models to answer business questions in the financial context; * Analyzing and interpreting financial data combined with non-financial and qualitative data, identifying patterns and trends to support strategic decision-making; * Building dashboards to support financial analyses; * Leveraging data technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks, and Power BI for data extraction, manipulation, consolidation, and visualization required for financial performance studies. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Accounting; * MBA or postgraduate degree in Controllership, Finance, or Business Analytics & Big Data; * Knowledge of P\&L and profitability analysis for products, channels, and segments; * Knowledge of banking products and services, and of the financial market; * Experience in banks or fintechs within Finance/FP\&A areas; * Proficiency in handling large volumes of data using SQL, Python, and Spark; * Advanced knowledge of Power BI and DAX, or another Data Visualization tool. It would be a plus if you have: * Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models applied in the financial context; * Experience in BI projects and/or relevant Data Analytics studies for business; * Experience with banking products.
