Our mission is to ensure efficient management of credit granting and maintenance, guaranteeing profitability and solid growth of the Organization’s assets. Work model: Hybrid \- 2 days onsite Unit: São Paulo \- Osasco **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist III, you will work within the Credit Management area, with the following key responsibilities: * Develop clustering analyses to identify ideal customer profiles and relevant patterns to support decision-making; * Analyze, design, develop, and validate customer-centric pricing models, continuously monitoring the performance of existing models and performing recalibrations and adjustments as needed to ensure their accuracy and relevance; * Explore large volumes of internal and external data to identify patterns and relevant features for pricing; * Conduct sensitivity analyses to understand how changes in pricing variables and market conditions affect demand; * Translate model outputs into actionable insights, helping define profitability strategies that maximize results while considering demand elasticity; * Communicate complex insights and model results clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * In-depth knowledge of pricing models and profitability analysis; * Proficiency in data tools (Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks); * Understanding of the financing market (banks); * Ability to present complex data and conclusions in an understandable way for diverse audiences.
