Our mission is to ensure efficient management of credit granting and maintenance, guaranteeing profitability and solid growth of the Organization’s assets. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist II, you will work in the Credit Recovery Management area, with the following key responsibilities: * Identify data from primary or secondary sources required for customer clustering; * Conduct data analysis, gathering relevant information and organizing it logically and functionally to monitor implemented policies; * Analyze and identify opportunities in debt restructuring policies; * Analyze results using statistical techniques and provide progress reports—whether regarding regulatory impacts or performance analysis (quality and productivity); * Monitor KPIs of implemented policies within the project and ensure the solution functions properly across deployed channels. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Advanced knowledge of Databricks, SAS, and SQL * Advanced knowledge of Power BI * Experience as a data analyst or business data analyst * Knowledge of financial sector products such as credit, pricing, and credit recovery.
