Implementation and training of LLMs for personalization and scalability **Data Scientist (HR Product)** =================================== TOTVS | Remote Job Description The Data Scientist’s mission is to develop analytical solutions for an Analytics product targeting HR software, contributing to data analysis and modeling focused on people and process management. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for creating predictive models, generating strategic insights, and building efficient data pipelines. You will also participate in the implementation and training of Large Language Models (LLMs) applied to the HR domain, supporting product evolution with emphasis on personalization and scalability. You will play an essential role in transforming complex data into intelligent, business-applicable solutions. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Collaborate with teams to develop analytical solutions applied to the Human Resources context. * Perform data exploration, processing, and modeling to generate strategic insights. * Develop statistical and predictive models focused on behavior analysis, performance, and people management. * Implement, fine-tune, and evaluate the performance of LLMs applied to the product. * Translate business needs into data-driven solutions. * Contribute to technical documentation and data science best practices. * Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into the final product. * Participate in testing, validation, and model iterations in production environments. * Monitor trends and innovations in data and artificial intelligence, especially HR applications. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Practical experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and exploratory data analysis. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.) and SQL. * Knowledge of concepts and applications of LLMs (Large Language Models). * Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Desirable Requirements **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * Prior experience with HR data or People Analytics. * Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Dash, etc.). * Experience deploying models into production environments. * Postgraduate studies or specialized courses in Data Science or AI.
