Then join us!** * Serve as a technical and business reference in analytical and data science initiatives; * Translate complex business problems into hypotheses, analyses, and data-driven solutions; * Lead the definition of analytical approaches and modeling aligned with company strategy; * Connect data, models, and results to real business impact (revenue, risk, efficiency, customer); * Collaborate closely with partner areas to gain deep understanding of pain points and opportunities; * Evaluate, interpret, and communicate results clearly to executive audiences; * Provide technical guidance to other data scientists and elevate the team's analytical capability; * Ensure best practices in modeling, validation, monitoring, and responsible use of models; * Support strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations and critical insight. ### **Now we’d like to know whether you have the profile and knowledge listed below:** Solid experience in applying data science to real-world business problems; Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and tell stories with data; Proficiency in statistical and machine learning models, with focus on applicability; Experience with Python and SQL; Ability to make technical decisions considering business trade-offs.### **The following would be considered a plus:** * Knowledge or experience in Insurance and/or CRM domains; * Experience with risk, retention, churn, propensity, or customer lifetime value models; * Experience in data-driven environments supporting strategic decision-making.
