We are responsible for efficiently executing post-sales activities for the Organization’s products and services, responding to customer requests and delivering operational solutions that enable self-service. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Vila Leopoldina/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Engineer Manager, you will join the Efficiency and Operational Transformation Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Leading the technical construction and evolution of BI- and AI-oriented data platforms and products. * Modeling data using Kimball, Data Vault, and/or Lakehouse (Delta Lake), according to business context. * Building, orchestrating, and monitoring ETL/ELT pipelines with emphasis on reliability, observability, and SLAs. * Optimizing SQL queries and consumption layers (semantic models, DAX). * Implementing data governance and data quality practices (glossaries, cataloging, automated testing). * Ensuring information security and regulatory compliance (LGPD) across data products and access controls. * Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives based on value. * Defining plans, goals, and KPIs, and tracking execution and results. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science or Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Strategy, or related areas. * 6–8+ years of experience in data engineering/analytics. * 2+ years of experience leading teams and/or projects.
