Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines, optimize ETL/ELT processes, and manage data models. Key Highlights: 1. This commitment is reinforced throughout our hiring process and lived daily within the company.*** We know that great results are achieved only with a strong team; therefore, we seek talented and passionate individuals who aspire to grow professionally and build a long-term career with us. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines. * Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes. * Create and manage data models to ensure data reliability and integrity. * Work with relational and non-relational databases, ensuring query performance and efficiency. * Automate data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes. * Monitor data quality and governance, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies. * Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, and Software Engineering teams to deliver structured, high-performance data. **Essential Qualifications:** * Practical experience with DBT (Data Build Tool): Layered data modeling (staging, intermediate, mart). * Writing modular SQL and version control via Git. * Using Jinja for parameterization and code reuse. * Knowledge of deployment via DBT Cloud or DBT CLI. * Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter: Creating and maintaining mappings, workflows, and sessions. * Integration with relational databases and files. * Monitoring and troubleshooting jobs. * Knowledge of component parameterization and reuse. * Experience with relational databases: * Advanced SQL for transformation and analysis. * Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. * Experience with data pipelines and tool integration: * Developing ETL/ELT pipelines. * Knowledge of best practices for data performance and governance. **Preferred Qualifications:** English proficiency.
