Focus on continuous improvement and user experience **Job Description** The Data Management, Analysis, and Visualization team supports projects with Business Intelligence and automation solutions to deliver dashboards, reports, and intelligent workflows that optimize our clients' decision-making. We seek an experienced professional in creating interactive reports, automated workflows, and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Fabric. Future development opportunities include applying artificial intelligence to data, integrating diverse data sources, building pipelines in Fabric, and developing more advanced analytical solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Create and/or coordinate the creation of new ETLs (Extract, Transform and Load) to support dashboard development projects; * Support existing ETLs (Extract, Transform and Load) and dashboards by assisting project teams in resolving specific issues, driving continuous improvement, and adding new functionalities; * Build and/or coordinate the construction of new dashboards for projects across various themes related to environment, sustainability, risk management—including Contaminated Site Management, Environmental Licensing, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Due Diligence; * Develop and/or coordinate the development of BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric capabilities—such as pipelines, notebooks, dataflows, and lakehouses—for data integration and orchestration; * Apply Artificial Intelligence capabilities in BI solutions, leveraging predictive models, automated data analysis, and insight generation to support decision-making; * Conduct alignment meetings regarding scope, effort estimation (in hours), and timelines with project teams, and monitor progress of deliverables; * Ensure adherence to internal procedures and best practices for data management and visualization. **Technical Skills:** * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI: experience developing interactive dashboards and reports, with emphasis on user experience; * Advanced knowledge of data modeling and commonly used DAX functions (CALCULATE, FILTER, variable declarations, SUMMARIZE, CALCULATETABLE), M language (logical IFs, date operations, table append and merge), and API queries; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel—advanced level): pivot tables, chart creation, database modeling and structuring; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Behavioral Skills:** * Agile, dynamic, independent, and curious when seeking solutions to complex problems; * Strong organizational, communication, and task delegation abilities; * Systems thinking and commitment to continuous improvement; * User experience focus and full client orientation; * Ability to switch between projects covering diverse topics; * Commitment to staying current with software updates and emerging tools in the Data Science and BI market; * Familiarity with online communities for troubleshooting and solution-finding related to the tools used. **Desirable but not mandatory:** * Programming knowledge in R and/or Python; * Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate platform; * Experience using Microsoft Fabric features and tools; * Application of Artificial Intelligence capabilities in BI and automated analytics; * Experience in environmental consulting. **Relevant differentiators:** * Knowledge of SQL and database structuring with Azure and/or other platforms; * Familiarity with ESRI tools; * Experience with environmental data management software—EQuIS. **Preferred Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Minimum of 4 years of experience.
