Join BIX!** **What We Expect From You** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, including consulting projects and enterprise environments; * Solid, hands-on experience with **Snowflake**: not just theoretical knowledge, but proven implementation in real projects; * Practical expertise in **dbt** (data build tool), with real-world experience in modeling, testing, and orchestrating transformations; * Practical experience with modern cloud-based data architectures (e.g., Data Lakehouse, Medallion architecture, ELT); * Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP and their core data services; * Advanced SQL proficiency; * Experience with Python and PySpark for data processing; * Experience designing and implementing best practices for data governance, quality, and security; * Fluent English for direct communication with international stakeholders—both technical and business. **Nice-to-Haves** * Certifications in Snowflake or major cloud platforms focused on data; * Experience in data projects within global or multicultural environments; * Experience with Databricks is welcome as a complement to the primary tech stack. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Work consultatively with clients to understand business challenges and define cloud data strategies; * Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient architectures using Snowflake and dbt; * Design data models, ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows; * Define architectural standards and ensure their adoption by engineering teams; * Provide technical guidance to client engineers and teams, operating with high autonomy and ownership; * Monitor project execution to ensure technical compliance and alignment with business objectives; **What BIX Offers You:** * 100% remote work; * Online therapy and nutritionist platform; * Well-being platform; * Accelerated career development path; * Direct interaction with leaders from major companies; * Distinctive work environment (BIX Hour, team integrations and Happy Hours, Mentorship Program, 1-on-1 meetings); * Online English classes (Cambly); * Birthday leave.
