Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support data collection, organization, and processing, ensuring structured and up-to-date databases. * Conduct initial brand, competitor, and category analyses, identifying patterns, variations, and relevant signals. * Perform social listening routines, including monitoring, categorization, and preparation of inputs for strategic analyses. * Contribute to building reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effective information visualization. * Assist analysts and planners with data and insights supporting hypotheses, recommendations, and strategic decisions. * Maintain organized and standardized processes, documentation, naming conventions, and departmental files. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing, or related fields * Knowledge of data analysis and communication metrics. * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization is a plus. * Familiarity with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr) is desirable * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written communication. * English proficiency is a plus — we serve global clients and produce many reports in English. **Additional Information** Contract type: Individual Contractor (PJ) The communication industry is constantly evolving — and we closely follow this transformation.
