




Job Summary: A customer relationship professional focused on satisfaction, data analysis, and process improvement, utilizing tools such as CRM, Power BI, Excel, and Canva. Key Highlights: 1. Customer follow-up and identification of customer loyalty opportunities. 2. Data analysis and report preparation to improve processes. 3. Use of advanced Excel, Power BI, and Canva for communication and insights. RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct customer follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and identifying loyalty opportunities; * Record and track all customer interactions in CRM systems, ensuring organization and service history; * Identify and analyze service and complaint patterns, proposing process and service improvements based on data; * Prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI to monitor customer relationship performance indicators; * Use advanced Excel for data analysis, creation of complex spreadsheets, and manipulation of large volumes of information; * Create impactful presentations and visual materials using Canva to communicate information and insights clearly and effectively. REQUIREMENTS \- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, \- Social Communication, or related fields; * Experience in customer relationship management; * Knowledge of CRM systems (preferred); * Advanced Excel skills (proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.); * Practical knowledge of Power BI for dashboard and report creation; * Experience with Canva for creating visual materials.
